Ground yourself at the end of the day, relax & receive adequate rest.  Herbs that repair the nervous system & that really help during a 'melt down'.


Add 1qt of boiling water to 2 tbsp of tea. Adjust amount to taste. Steep 10 minutes or longer. Enjoy in the evenings as you may feel very relaxed.
